How does scheduling work?
Sessions can be booked via phone, text or email. Body Work / Massage sessions can be booked online via VAGARO.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours advance notice for any cancellations. Cancellations outside 24 hour or same day will be charged at $40 per hour.
Cancellations for body work / massage requires 48 hours.
Operating Hours?
I see clients as early as 8 AM and as late as 9 PM (EST) Monday trough Saturday.
Do you have weekend hours?
Yes, weekend coaching services are offered on a case by case basis.
The grief workshops are most often scheduled on weekends.
Massage and Body work are available alternating weekends. Open massage appointments can be viewed on VAGARO.
Do you offer in person coaching?
Sessions are offered primarily virtually (via video or phone). Massage and bodywork sessions are performed in Downtown Orlando / Thornton Park.
